The Titanic exhibition toured the following cities San Francisco, California; Denver, Colorado; Memphis, Tennessee; and Orlando, Flordia.

do i....

a- change all semicolons to commas.
b- change all semicolons to colons.
c- no changes are needed.
or
d- add a colon after cities.

c no changes needed. the semi-colon is used in lists. Here you have a list of cities and there states: city,state; city,state; etc.

I stand by D (one use of the colon is to introduce a list at the end of a complete sentence).
