Don't worry about the matter, take it easy. This is a routine e-mail from customer to remind us send them a full set copies documents. The vessel was despatch on December 24, not 22. Therefore, I will handle it and did not requested my colleague to follow up during my holidays

Let's start with some basics.

Using "to" and "the":
"...from a customer to remind us to send them a full set of copies of the documents."

Past tense and spelling:
"...was dispatched...24th, not on the 22nd."

Tense:
"...did not request..."

Do you mean:
"...Since the vessel..not the 22nd, I have handled it now and therefore did not ask..."

Also, I probably would not start the note with the "don't worry " sentence. The fact that the matter is already handled can speak for itself.
