A person who wants to speak well and be understood needs his own ability plus practice. Some people say that if everyday you speak some English sentences, you'll eventually speak it better. But...there is a small problem: doing it is extremely difficult. If you're not patient, you won't succeed. One more way is to watch English programme on TV or radio (films...).
