Your problem is with question marks, which you don't seem to use often.
The word order is the difference between the question form (
What
should I
do
?
) and the statement form (
I'm torn about what
I should
do. Oh, I know what
I should
do--
I should
study harder.
) None of the latter end with a question mark.

sorry for my error .
so in the statement i'm confused on what i should do .
in question form : should i get a macbook?
but how about this: i'm wondering what jack is doing right now. Is this a question or a statement or is it supposed to be like this : i'm wondering what is jack doing right now

I'm wondering what
Jack is doing
right now.
This is a statement. It ends in a period. Word order is S-V.
