Please help to solve a dispute, which of these is correct?

The Italy and Hungary Teams practiced hard all week.

The Italian and Hungarian teams practiced hard all week.

The Italy and Hungary teams practiced hard all week.

The Italian and Hungarian teams practiced hard all week.

Both are OK, but #2 is more common.
