Dear Sir/Madam,

I read your advertisement about how to become a receptionist in The Times of 27 February.

I am a 17-year-old girl and I would like to work in a hotel abroad or in an international hotel in my own country, after my final examination in The Netherlands. Your advertisement seems to offer an ideal way of combining training for a job and improving my fluency. Therefore I would like to apply for a brochure of courses.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,

Z. Murad

I'm a bit confused. Are they advertising for a receptionist or are they advertising a residential language course? Or are they specifically advertising for a receptionist and offering language training?

What did the advertisement say?

As you seem to possibly be the original (if not all four) poster I will give you some help. I guess this is some kind of residential working holiday/course?
