Hi, I've quickly gone through and highlighted the areas with problems for you to fix. You also need to be more consistent with your choice of past or present tense. I would also talk about three groups rather than many.
There are many different groups within The Apprentice television series.
Unfortunately some members of those groups are less likely to be successful to work for
Mr. Trump. Those who were considered backstabbers and those who were considered
slackers contribute to being unsuccessful in the long run. On the other hand, different
group of candidates that are considered leaders may advance.
Backstabbers are people who tend to attack someone unfairly in a deceitful
manner. Backstabbers usually tend to play a friend roll when in reality they’re your
enemy. Those who were considered the backstabbers were Jessie, Omorosa, and Ereka.
Jessie was very immature and couldn’t stand up for her self at all. For example, not only
immature but she was also gullible and let Omorosa talk her down and didn’t put up
a fight at all. She figured she can take Kristi out by giving her bad advice. She told Kristi to
say as little as possible to Donald Trump at the board room meeting knowing that would only
get Kristi fired and out. Omorosa was very rude to her candidates and was blaming Kristi for everything.
From the look of her eyes when Mr. Trump asked about the missing money, she seemed like she had a lot
to do with it. Ereka didn’t like Omorosa and she plotted against Omorosa to have her sent to the board
room. She argued with Omorosa many of times and showed how emotional she can be which wasn’t good.
Jessie, Omorosa, and Ereka without a doubt are backstabbers to their own teammates.
Leaders are those who tend to take charge and guide others to follow their directions. In this case, the group of
candidates that are considered leaders would be Kwame, Amy, and also Bill. Kwame showed great leader skills and think
very positive he handles work himself as a PM. Before becoming PM, Kwame handled work for Heidi and Omarosa. Bill and
Amy were also good leaders. For example, Bill helped win numerous of challenges such as the flea market challenge in
episode 5 by giving great support and ideas to his team mates and finding good deals such as the "12 for 14 dollars" T-shirt sale. Bill
and Troy are very alike when it comes to ideas. Bill overall showed excellent leadership and he is most likely heading to success.
Amy was a great leader her self. She’s earned her MBA from TCU and graduated in the top of her class. During week 2, she became
PM and led her team to success by speaking with the CEO of Marquis Jet which her teammates seem to be afraid of doing. She was
actually the first to speak with the CEO and she is a very good team player at all times. She shows innovation and outstanding leadership
to her team. Amy, Bill, and Kwame are candidates that would be considered leaders in every way.
For every good candidate comes a slacker too. Slackers are those who usually
lack in activities. They usually tend to not keep themselves busy when there is
plenty of work to do and enjoy complaining for small reasons. Tammy, Ereka and
Omarosa should be considered the slackers of their team. For example, Tammy and
Omarosa seem to fight a lot for no reason. Tammy is very arrogant, she complains and
she really doesn’t contribute to her team members at all. For example, during the
celebrity auction challenge, she complained that Amy was getting to much attention and
too many ideas out to the celebrities when her (Tammy) ideas had no kind of meaning.
No one agreed with any of Tammy ideas. In fact, her teammates are usually embarrassed
by her decisions, remarks and statements. For Instance, in week 7 after the apartment
renovation Tammy made a silly remark in reply to Mr. Trump saying that her team was
duped. She was very disloyal and said it in such manner with no confidence, no ambition
and it caused her to get fired from the show. Many candidates felt that Tammy can be
very annoying at times and were pleased that her own remark caused her to get fired.
Ereka and Omarosa would fight a lot. Ereka happened to be an emotional team player.
For example, she was nearly crying when Omarosa told her a few bad things that she
didn’t want to hear such as " Why are you taking this personal" and "You’re acting like a
big baby". Ereka really didn’t submit any good ideas and would usually be stressing over
some issue. Omarosa is hated by most of the candidates due to her cockiness and
abundant attitude. For example, she fights with most of the team players and back stabs
other team members when she is on the line of fire. Omorosa is very arrogant and
dishonest. She never contributes great ideas and really expects to succeed. The candidates
that would be considered slackers can clearly be Ereka, Tammy and Omarosa.
As you can see there are many different groups within the first series of The Apprentice television show.
Unfortunately some members of those groups are less likely to be successful to work for Mr. Trump. Those who
were considered backstabbers and those who were considered slackers contribute to being unsuccessful in the long run.
On the other hand, different group of candidates that are considered leaders may advance.
