Use commas where you have semi-colons. Sometimes you will use semi-colons in a list if the individual elements in the list have commas within them. (For example, common flag colors are red, white and blue; red, white and green; and blue and white.)
There is no need for them in your sentence.
Also, when you say that your duties "include" there is no need for "and more." Include authomatically indicates that it's not an all-inclusive list. I would suggest this: ... put myself in a new environment, where I excelled...excelled
