Dear Honorable Judge Hollenbaugh

My name is *** have been a professional truck driver for over 20 years. I received a citation(# 124422) for being PARKED IN LANE OF TRAFFIC WHERE PROHIBITED. But I wish to explain why I was parked, while I was driving I saw smoke coming from my semi trailer so I pulled over for an emergency I put my hazard lights on to check my trailer. There was no sign saying no parking. when I was about to leave the officer came and didn’t even ask if there was an emergency or if I needed help just asked me for my driver’s license and insurance. So from here on Your Honor I don’t know how to proceeded with this ticket but I do feel that I am innocent. Thank You

Hi,

 Dear Honorable Judge Hollenbaugh,

My name is ***. I have been a professional truck driver for over 20 years. On  Jan. 12, 2007 I received a citation(# 124422) for being PARKED IN LANE OF TRAFFIC WHERE PROHIBITED.

I wish to explain why I was parked there. While I was driving, I saw smoke coming from my semi trailer so I pulled over for an emergency. I put my hazard lights on, to check my trailer. There was no sign saying 'no parking'. When I was about to leave, the officer came and didn’t even ask if there was an emergency or if I needed help. He just asked me for my driver’s license and insurance. So from here on, Your Honor, I don’t know how to proceed with this ticket but I do feel that I am innocent.

Thank You,

I wonder if maybe you should also expalin why you can't come to the court in person?

Good luck with this ticket, Clive
