This riddle has been driving me crazy for days!  Help Please!!!!!!!

 

What is it?

You pick it up,

Then you look for it,

Then you find it,

Then you throw it away,

Then you pick it up again?

 

The only hint that I got was that you dont have to pick it up with your hands???
