I was just wondering if you guys could help me with these riddles please that would be much appreciated:

I was one of the first toys to be advertised on TV, A black box got me going, I know Pete, Penny and Miss Weather. What am I?

I am popular with beginning pianists, Some people find me hard to handle, Sometimes I come with instructions. What am I?

I think this is "Chopsticks".  That refers to both an introductory song for the piano and Asian utensils.
