Hey everybody there!!

I need to write a letter to my college explaining my non-filer tax status to get my financial aid. I wrote it but I need you guys to reviw it to see if you find any mistake and if the words and the grammar were written properly..  Thanks for your help!!

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

IRS Non Filling – Explanation Letter

This is an explanation to my Non-filling status at the IRS. I was born in USA, but lived and grew up in Venezuela since 1987 until March 2006 that I came back into USA. Currently I am a full time employee at ***, in Jacksonville Beach since May of the current year, which means that I don’t have any tax filing for the year 2005, but that I’ll have for 2006.  Please find below evidence; letter of employment that shows the date since I’ve been employed, and also a copy of my passport which shows the dates I left and then came back.

Hi,

I've made some suggestions.

------------------------------------------

To Whom it May Concern:

IRS Non Filling – Explanation Letter

This is an explanation of my non-filing status at the IRS. I was born in the USA. But I lived in Venezuela from 1987 until March 2006, when I came back to the USA.

I am a full-time employee at ***, in Jacksonville Beach, where I’ve worked since May 6th of this year. This means that I don’t have any tax filing for the year 2005, but that I’ll have one for 2006. I am including a letter of employment that shows the dates I’ve been employed. I also have attached a copy of my passport, which shows the dates I left and returned to the US.

-----------------

You might want to say "tax record" instead of "tax filing".  If "tax filing" is what you heard from the people in your program, then you should keep that phrase.
