Hi,

Today again we are facing the same problem, application's slow performance from 12:30 to till now. While opeining, processing and sumbtting it takes much times

Truly Yours>should be used for Formal

Sincerely Yours>for Less formal

Regards>for Least formal

In letter these are called Complementary Close. It's standard to write everything Left Justified.
