PLease helpme to edit this letter(urgent)

By the end I should mention that there is no graudated MSc or PhD study in ......my home university. recently when I was talking with some of professors about which programme could be useful for my country if I apply, they strongly recommend me that I may choose programme which we donot have in higher education in country . it will be certainly helpful in improvement of higher education in my country.

By the end (By the end makes no sense, do you mean by the way? Not really suitable for a formal letter though).I should mention that there is no graudated (spelling)MSc or PhD study at ......my home university. recently when I was talking with some of my professors about which programme would ultimately be useful for my country and my future career, they strongly recommended that I study abroad as we do not have higher education in my country. (I don't understand the point you are making in your final sentence)
