I'd revise your essay like this:

"Original Essay

It has been almost one year that I have worked for this company, and I think it is time to think about my career and my future. I hope to develop my language ability (especially my Japanese and Chinese) and human networking abilities. I also hope to meet many people who have succeeded and have good abilities, or, even better, have passion in their lives. I want to be such a person."
