how much would a native English speaker normally charge when he gives online tutorials to Korean or Japanese students?  how long would an average tutorial session last?

They are usually 50 minutes or an hour and cost about 2500 yen-- about the same as face-to-face lessons.  You will, however, find considerable variation.

hi mister!  would that be for any level? and what do you mean by 'considerable variations'?  does these 'variations' imply higher or lower rates?

tnx!  Big Smile [:D]

Yes, for any level.  Both higher and lower rates, which vary with the individual and the situation.  Here in Japan, for instance, I must charge more-- merely because of the cost of living-- than a teacher living in The Philippines.
