The personality test that I took is BFI (Big Five Inventory). I took the test online on November 3, 2009. The test is located at www.fun education.com. The reason I chose this test is very simple. The BFI personality test was the test my teacher recommended I take. Also, the BFI was the only personality test that I could find that was free and I didn’t have to fill out a survey to get my results.
The BFI personality test consists of forty- five questions. For each questions I was asked whether I Strongly Agree, agree a Little, neither disagree nor Agree, Disagree A Little, or Strongly disagree on a question asked to me. The test was very difficult, and was very time consuming.
The BFI personality test said that I am organized, dutiful, and able to put work aside easily. It also said under stress I am quick to experience unpleasant emotions, such as worry, fear, and depression. I agree and disagree with the results of this personality test. I agree with the test that I am empathetic, helpful and promotes compromise to make peace. I disagree with the test that I am shy, and quiet. I am very disappointed in the personality test. I thought that the test could had less questions, and been more accurate.
The career test that I took is Live Careers. I took this test online on November 3, 2009. The test is located at www. livecareer.com. I took this career because it was the only one test I found that was free. All the other career tests that I found you had to pay to take it.
The career test consists of one hundred questions. For each question, I had to select the activity that I liked the most and the activity that I like the least. The test was very hard, and it took me over an hour to complete.
The results from the career test said that a conventional job or an enterprising job is something that I would like to do. According to the career test a person with a conventional job enjoys supervising others in jobs where rules and tasks are well defined .Also, a person with a enterprising job are people who like to talk, influence and persuade others. I strongly agree with the results of this career test. I think that I would do well doing those jobs. I like to help and influence others This job would be the best choice for me.
