You weren't home enough
You were hardly at home.

Is there any different in the amount of time spent at home?
Thanks!

It is impossible to know.  Neither of these sentences tells us the amount of time.

The first one tells us that we wanted you to be home more.  You did not satisfy some conditions we had in mind for how long you should have been at home.

The second one tells us that, compared to what we expected, you were almost never at home.
