Sometimes people but the last part, the country, in capital letters but it depends on personal taste:

Woodward
69 Forums Avenue
East Side (this can be the suburb if there is one)
Forum City
ENGLAND
AB 123X (or the zip code in USA)

The commas are optional.

Don't let schooling interfere with your education. www.grammar.cl - www.vocabulary.cl
What if you are writing to someone in a company? Would you put there job title on the envlope?

For exsample:

Mr A Man, Chairman
Big Company
123 A Street
somewhere
23h h235

or is it not done to put the job title

That might be a regional thing, meaning in some countries 'yes' and others 'no'. But as far as I know, you can write the job title on the envelope..
