I think you guys should listen to the news on BBC, CNN etc. That way you not only improve your English, you also improve your general knowledge and current affairs. Wink [;)]

I agree with Piar87. It's obvious that you have to practise your language skills. Many methods for doing this were written. But it is good to remember - don't give up, please. Is is as much important, as watching films, reading books, and so on.

Besides, I can suggest you another way to polish your English. Take your favourite book in your mother tonque and... translate it!

I would like to increase my vocabulary and speak english fluently. I can speak english but want some more fluency. I am from India. So if anyone is here with gmail he/she can add me. we can talk through google talk and increase our vocabulary and fluency too. hope i will get someone.

Hi all, I'm Marchel From Indonesia. I want to Improve My English too. I want to speak english fluently. I can understand english well only for Dialy conversation, movie, and songs. But I'm so stupid for newspaper. The structure kinda different and so complicated. That's weird. Movies and MP3s really help me to improve my listening and speaking. Do you know what must I do so I can read newspaper well ?
