Dear all

Now i am working as a salesman of exporting products in a knitted garments company. So everyday i have to face many problems reflected by our foreign customer.As to the problem related to the technical , i can almost solve it ; however, about the customer's complain, i do not know what explaination can make customer satisfactory,i.e. how to reply to the complain letter.
As i just graduated from colleage and entered into society, so i have little experience on working.Now i am kindly ask for your help. Thanks.
Besides, i 'd like to ask for your suggestion that how to communicate with foreigners effectively. thks!

Hi,

You could tell the customer that you will be happy to lower your price.

 

If you don't want to do that, try to write down what you would say if you were talking to the customer. Then post that here, and we'll help you with it.
