I submitted my resume to a website where employers search people for position. One employer emailed me about a career opportunity and told me to go to the company's website to schedule an interview. I was wondering what is the best polite way to decline?

Also, another employer emailed me about a job position open and told me to go to the company's website for more information. Do I need to reply back that I'm not interested in the position? If so, how would I reply?

It is always polite to reply, even if it is just a brief note. Start by writing as if you were talking to the person. Post your effort here and we will review it for you.

(Hint: you can always tell them that you've just accepted another offer.)
