As far as I know, it's called "sharp". For example, the chord 'G#' is called 'G sharp'.

Its almohadilla (#) = hash mark (#), hash sign (#).

In Canada U.K. and Australia it is hash sign,but in U.S., i think, it is puond sign,,

If you are talking about numbers, then it is known as the number sign. e.g. Post #1 suggests that...
