May I take this opportunity to say hello and to correct the English here. [I will from time to time make comments within square brackets such as I have done here.]
First of all you can not say, "Do you do exercise?' You should say, 'Do you exercise?' and saying 'daily life' is not necessary since the question already assumes so. WHat you might want to say is, 'in your day-to-day activities'
So I will correct the letter from start to finish.
How do you exercise?
Can you tell me your secret of staying healthy and looking good? Anybody [1 word not 2] who is inspired by exercise please help, I find my health weak and myself not looking good nowadays. [A problem with syntax here since your health can not look good or bad it can only be good or bad]
I like the life style of ancient people,[Note that 'ancient' here does not mean people who lived 70 years ago but rather 500 or 2000 years ago, so I am assuming this is what you meant--and since you said 'I see in pictures' it is obvious that you do not mean actual pictures since photography did not exist then but trather photos of paintings or movies) ] they used less comfortable equipment. [There is no plural to equipment, this is so in languages like Italian but not English. Also, I do not know what you mean by less comfortable'. And since we are talking about ancient people I would have to argue that they did not use equipment at all--that is a modern concept. People back then exercised naturally, that is to say, they walked everywhere, they farmed, etc.] I have seen in pictures that they are quite muscular with much stronger bodies[no grammar here just a comment: What you have seen in pictures is false, you saw the few and not the many. Any athlete today can easily easily beat anyone of the past--Just look at how we keep on beating Olympic records.]. This is true for both men and women, and they had [You are referring to a past time therefore the past form of the verb is necessary] more free time than we do now to create a new generation. Their new generations make us become less time in our daily life, and we have to find some method to balance our being living. [ <-- Sorry can not help you with this sentence too many miostakes in grammar, syntax and vocabulary for me to undertsand what you really want to say.] Does it sound like that? [Does what sound like 'that'?] It is just a thought I had once I started this topic. Anyway please give me suggestions. I hope there is somebody who is in good health here.
Yes the above is quite confusing with all my noites so here it is again without my notes but still with the bad sentene which I was not able to fix.
