Ehem , ehem.     What is recycling? Read more and more, write everything you want without the fear of doing mistakes, talk even it is the only one around you ( well, be careful about this.), listen to the radio, tv and songs ( not all of them). If it is necessary you can study grammar additionally. My prescription to you is to do all of them everyday without giving up. After a month, tell us what changed to give courage to the new learners.
