Hello Yuwenzeng,
It will be even better to listen myriad english programmes, talk with english speaking friends and relatives, rather than speaking over though internet. Since, I guess it will be difficult to hear the exact pronunciation and the helping person mayn't be available at all times.

i also have a same problem but now i improved.
best way to improve your english is that try to speak in english to your friends and if you have a computer try yourself alone.record your voice,based on that ypu will improve your pronounciation skills.first listen english speeches.

Keep talking in english whenever you get a chance.
Watch lot of english movies with subtitles
