Why don't you contact a teacher to proofread you? If a student thinks carefully about his/her own mistakes, writes and reads often, his/her writing will improve at once. I would go through the posts on this web, under the writing section. When you see a mistake, try to think of a rule to avoid making it again. You probably think too much in the local language. Try to give up translating when you deal with English.

Hope it helps
