B : How much persons?

A : We are total seven persons.

B : Ok, then I'll book room for you seven people.

B : How many people?

A : We are a total of seven persons. Or There are seven of us. Or Seven, including me. There are lots of ways to say this.

B : Ok, then I'll book rooms for seven people.

Person B might also want to find out other details, like the city and the dates of the visit. Smile [:)]
