Usually, I'd say "master's" with the apostrophe, but just to be sure, go to that school's Web site and look up how they list their degrees at that school.

Another possibility is to speak of the Master of Chemical Engineering program at your school

 

I think the way a Master program is referred to is perhaps rather regional. When I lived in England, I don't remember people saying things like I've got my master's.
