I was
required to conduct a meeting. However, this is my first experience to organize
it and right now, I’m trying to draft what should I say during the meeting. Do you
have any better idea or standard format what should I say during the meeting
and how to close it.

to everyone. First of all, I would like to thanks you guys for your time being
in the meeting this morning.
Before I proceed
to the next agenda, let me introduce our team, Mr John, Mr Michael and myself,

As you
know, the purpose of this meeting to discuss about our new project, Network
Assessment.

for this project are:

Appreciate if
the Network Team can explain about the network diagram (how to ask politely
other team about explaining something that I don’t understand)
