Hi, I'd like to explain in English what a bad loans is.

Below is my explanation. Please let me know if something is wrong with it

If a debtor cannot pay off his loan, this creates a bad loan.

The creditors, such as banks or real estate service companies, will not shoulder the debtor's loan.

This is what a bad loan is all about.

It is OK, but the last sentence is unnecessary:
