Hey Waniey! Welcome to Englishforums.com. Here are few tips to improve your English speaking skills. Be with an English speaking crowd. Start expressing your ideas and never fear that you'd go wrong. Ask your English speaking friends to correct you, if you go wrong. Watch English movies. Start writing articles and then reading it aloud. Search for new words and phrases. Start repeating and making use of the phrases in everyday communication. Never learn a word alone. Always studying a phrase or sentence would help you to increase your vocabulary database!

All I have to say is, "Experiment and you'll discover!"

And now for correcting your grammar... here we go..

Hello, I'm Waniey. I am very weak at speaking English. I don't have confidence, because my grammar is always wrong. Can u give me some tips to improve my English speaking ability? And please correct my grammar here. Thank you.

Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up. Experiment it, Experience it and you'll Discover it!

Waniey,
It is important that you practice speaking.  Grammar is not important while learning a language.  You need to learn new words daily.  Once you've built up a vocabulary you can start working on structure.
