Hi!dear helper:

 Could you tell me how to say the thing that cummunists good at:"construct the little favor and gain the popularity and the trust."

 Is the sentence in qutotation mark right? Or what is the good way to say it?

I don't know the saying, but a natural recasting of what you have written is 'Do a little favor and gain popularity and trust'.

Check the spelling of cumminists. It should be communists.
