Hello to all!!!!

I am working as a Marketing Executive in shipping field.I would like to have some idea's for writing an official letter. I mostly deal's with Exporter's & Importer's.........

i am working women as coordination officer and secretary to Chief Executive Chenab Ltd, an export oriented organization and doing business all over the world. please help me how to wirte a letters as secretary in Exeutive field .
