How to write sale agreement ?

Dear friends...

I would like to buy a car from one of my friend. Total car value is Dhs 20,000.00. My friend said... First you pay Dhs 12,000.00 then balance 8,000.00 you can pay installments. Like Dhs 2,000.... Dhs 2,000 for four months.

Please help me... How to write sale agreement?

Please draft a letter indicating the full names of the buyer and seller, the terms and total amount agreed upon, and listing the payment amounts and dates.  Then we will help you polish it.

A.A. ABDUL WAHEED - INDIAN.

We agreed total amount of vehicle Dhs. 20,000.00

Initial payment: Dhs. 12,000.00 on 02.07.2008 then balance Dhs 8,000.00 I will pay installments.

Installment dates:

01) 05.08.2008 - Dhs 2,000/-

02) 05.09.2008 - Dhs 2,000/-

03) 05.10.2008 - Dhs 2,000/-

04) 05.11.2008 - Dhs 2,000/-

SALES AGREEMENT

Description and Identification of Vehicle:  [Vehicle maker, model, year, color, license/serial number]

Seller agrees to grant Buyer clear title to and full possession of the abovementioned vehicle for the consideration of a total of Dhs. 20,000.00 to be paid as follows:

Initial payment: Dhs. 12,000.00 on 02 July 2008

Balance of Dhs 8,000.00 to be paid in four equal installments, as follows:

01) 05 August 2008 - Dhs 2,000/-

02) 05 September 2008 - Dhs 2,000/-

03) 05 October 2008 - Dhs 2,000/-

04) 05 November 2008 - Dhs 2,000/-
