Hi Jana,
I suppose you've already tried to imitate an English r-sound. It might be good for you to read about how English people 'produce' the r-sound. Descriptions can be found in books on English phonetics and on some pronunciation related websites.

It's good to know how to pronounce the r-sound in a more English way. However, you most likely need to work on other aspects of pronunciation and intonation as well if you want to acquire a truly native-sounding accent. What do you want to sound like? What is your goal?
