Chinese Production Team

OR

China Production Team

I think that both are correct but:

1 focusses on the ethnicity of people
2 focusses on the place where they work

However, 2 is kind of old fashioned these days.

China production team - yes, they produce china

Production team in China - the team working in China (whatever their ethnic origin).
