How can you say so? This person posted on the 7th of August and got a response that day. With a further invitation to post again. I don't understand how you can say that no help was given.

Remember, this is something we do for "fun," in our spare time. Telling us we don't do it right, or quickly enough, or that we have a bad way of saying things, is NOT a great way to get more help.
