i wonder what those websites are called where messages about vacant positions and profiles of people looking for a job are posted. human resource website?recruitment website?

I would probably pluralize: human resources website. Yes, and recruitment website, mployment website, jobhunters website. -- all these would be easily understandable, I think. As to what is most used, perhaps scanning through the homepages of a few of the sites themselves would offer some insight.
