What verb goes with human rights when you are talking about a certain company abides by them?

How could I improve this sentence:

The workers at the factory are protected by their human rights as in accordance with Chinese laws.

Hi,

The workers at the factory are protected by their human rights as in accordance with Chinese laws.

Factory workers are protected by China's human rights laws (or legislation).

Sorry...I posted the wrong thing that I would like input on. 

How would you change the following sentences?  They have to be shown on powerpoint presentation by the way.

By request from Quiksilver USA and MEC Canada, conditions were improved in areas of welfare, sanitation, work environment, and job stability in order to pass human rights regulations.  In the future, we promise to continue to enhance the quality of working conditions for all employees.

As requested by Quiksilver USA and MEC Canada, working conditions have been improved to conform with human rights legislation concerning welfare, sanitation, job stability and the general work environment.  We promise to continue this enhancement of working conditions for all employees.

In Powerpoint, don't write full sentences. Just write words and phrases to outline the main points you wish to discuss. eg

IMPROVEMENTS FOR EMPLOYEES:

WELFARE

SANITATION

STABILITY

ENVIRONMENT
