A school trains women to work as teachers.
Would such a school be called:
o A woman teacher-training school
o A woman-teacher training school
o A woman-teacher-training school
o A women teacher-training school
o A women-teacher training school
o A women-teacher-training school
??

If those are the only options: the third, 'A woman-teacher-training school'.
(Or is the answer 'A teacher-training-training trolling school'? NWWT, AIMTMS, folks.)

Whatever those capitals are supposed to mean, they communicate nothing to me, nor am I interested in having them explained.

The question was not a troll.

"The question was not a troll."

In that case, I would say "a school for training women to be teachers" and obviate the hyphens.

The campus at which I work formerly housed just such an institution. In accounts of its history, it is often referred to as "a women's teacher-training college".
