Please

would it be correct to say  "I AM IN SUNSHINE" to express I am standing where the sun is shining?

You need to say I am in the sunshine.

The name says it all.

Or, I'm in the sun, or I'm standing in the sun.
As opposed to I'm in the shade or I'm standing in the shade.

You can substitute sitting or lying for standing, of course.
