arabic is popular language in Desert ! , if you lost one day in desert you will need it realy , because the bedouin (arab nomad ) speak two language , arabic and the second language ((((ifcorce)))) will be arabic !

I think she means it's compared to the past not to Europe or some other places wherein dwellers regard English as second language but more of them master English...Yeah, English is popular in China, but...few people could say a whole sentence....It's like a kind of hobby? Forgive me so speaking....I must be kidding...
