stuck is the past tense of "to pierce or poke with a pointed object."

So, I can't understand this setence.........."I am stuck with my neighbor."

Please help me understand the word "stuck"

Hello Guest

'To be stuck with' also means 'to be unable to get rid of something', 'to be unable to detach myself from'.
