I think it's from the song Novella by The Renaissance
OK, now I have one for you, and all you out there. I have been trying to find the Artist and song title for these lyrics with no joy so far. Ok here goes;
"Lonely eyes are watching me like a child in the night
Every time you're touching me you know it makes me feel so right
If I could hold......." this is where I get lost.
I know it's not a lot to go on, but I would be forever grateful if someone could help.

The song is on an old Smash Hits tape I had at home from 99 if I'm not mistaken? But I think that song was sang originally by someone else?
