You could probably continue to use Mrs. usually it is up to someone preference what they want to be called. Some married ladies still want to be called ms.

If you are in the UK then I don't see why not.  These things are not laid down in law or anything, they are just custom, and you can legally call yourself any name you wish. If you are comfortable with Mrs then stick with it.
