Welcome! You have come to the right place. I personally believe this is by far the best English Forum. I had visited many forums in the past but none felt quite the same as this one. I happened to speak Pu Tung Qua which I've learned on my own and from watching Chinese news casts and working with Engineers from China and Taiwan. The fact that I have a lot of opportunities at work to practice in, helps me to improve the speech pattern, intonation and pronunciation of Pu Tung Qua (Mandarin, for those who want to know). I love learning, period; and English is something I spend a lot of time learning, polishing and fine-tuning. I have seen a lot of pictures of Shanghai and I always wanted to go visit this famous city. The last two times I was in Hong Kong, I had made plans but did not materialize due to unforeseen matters. I will definitely go next year. If you really want to improve your English, there are real resident native English experts here who can help you with any English questions, as well as the assimilated natives like me who sometimes stir the pot a little too much too well. Nonetheless, it’s a place I hang out nearly everyday, except the weekends.
