Hi and welcome to the forums.

I don't think you can do it -- not legally, I mean.
Three years ago, I paid around 30 euros for the OALD dictionary with the CD.
However, their online versions are free. Here are the URLs:

Oxford: http://www.oup.com/elt/catalogue/teachersites/oald7/?cc=global
Cambridge: http://dictionary.cambridge.org/
