Hi everybody!

Suppose in a message (e-mail or letter) I wish to write:

- I enclose here a document for you..
- I'm enclosing here a document for you...

Which is the best choice to pick between the two?

Thank you!

I would not say "here" and I would say either:
Attached is the document... or I am attaching the document... or The document is attached --- for an e-mail and

Enclosed is ... or I am enclosing.... for a letter.

You don't enclose a document in an e-mail.

A month ago, we were working on a job application and we were taught to write 'I've enclosed'. At least that's how it said in a sample Job App. in my textbook. I've enclosed a copy of my CV...
