With pride, joy, and love

we invite you to join etc

or:

With pride, joy and especially love

we invite you to join

or:

With pide, joy, and especially love,

we invite you to join

With pide, joy, and especially love,

we invite you to join

is my preference.

Not the middle one.

Since it's an invitation of some sort (I assume) which can have poetic license, I wouldn't worry TOO much about things like this. Just enjoy!

I would use pleasure instead of love. Good Luck with the invitation.
